French doors open into a warm and welcoming suite with décor which
combines arts and crafts era ambiance and country French charm.

The interior is appointed in a richly hued motif with warm wood trim, custom faux finishing and stenciling, and multi-light windows. The cottage has a private tiled bath, fully outfitted kitchenette, dining/living area and sleeping area with an antique queen bed.

Above rates are for double occupancy. Additional guest fee is $20.00 per person. Additional visitor for breakfast fee is $10.00 per person. Sliding scale rates apply to children depending upon age(s) and sleeping arrangements (i.e. whether sofa bed is to be used by children).

ROSE COURT COTTAGE is a smoke-free environment. Pets may be accommodated, however this is subject to prior approval and agreement. Pet fee is $25.00 per night up to a total of $125.00 to cover additional housekeeping required when pets stay.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Our residence is on the northwest corner of 13th and H Streets in the heart of Arcata. Our Tudor style home is painted a warm yellow with white and teal trim, and has a green roof. Parking is available directly in front of the house or in the driveway.

From the North: Take Hwy 101 south to the second Arcata exit (Sunset Avenue). At the stop sign, proceed through the intersection, (you will be on H Street) and continue in the right hand lane to 13th Street. We are on the corner on your right.

From the South: Take Hwy 101 north to the second Arcata exit (14th Street). At the stop sign, turn left onto 14th Street and continue two blocks to H Street. Turn left on H Street (one way south) into the right lane for one block to 13th Street. We are on the corner on your right.
